Obsolete Reasons for Introduction
The Multimedia Industry subject is the final core subject in the Master of Multimedia Computing degree. It focuses on the practical, vocational aspects of the degree, providing direct interaction between students and professionals currently working in the multimedia industry. It will engender the attitudes which allow the student to act in a responsible, professional manner and will also make students aware of the current application areas, possible future application areas of the multimedia industry and possible changes in technology. This is a core subject of the Master of Multimedia Computing degree. It may also be taken as an elective subject in the Faculty's Masters by Coursework degrees.
