This unit will extend MMS2802 Internet Programming which concentrated on web based scripting interfaces to databases by examining the development of applications based on XML and in particular the approaches available for using XML for the exchange of data between organisations and systems.

Assessment

Strategies of Assessment (28 Jul 2004, 1:52pm)

The final mark will be calculated using a weighting formula:

final grade = (R*A* E)/((R-1)*A+E)

where A = overall assignment percentage E = examination percentage R = 100/assignment weight

If a student achieves a grade of 0% for assignments the final grade will be:

Final grade = E / 2.5

If a student achieves a grade of 0% for the examination the final grade will be:

Final grade = A / 2.5
