This is an intermediate programming unit, intended to build on programming fundamentals studied earlier in the course. C++ is still the core language of choice in the development of game engines, and will be introduced in this unit to demonstrate various interactive programming techniques. This unit is a second level compulsory major unit for the Bachelor of Multimedia Systems (Games Development), and may also be taken as an elective. As a unit of the Bachelor of Multimedia Systems (Games Development) course, this unit will provide strong background for programming in games.
