Obsolete Reasons for Introduction
This unit is the second of a sequence of studio units which are a compulsory component of the Bachelor of Multimedia Computing. This component of the course aims to show how the theoretical base for multimedia systems established in the other core units is expressed in system development practice. This unit aims to build on the students' experiences and skills from their first studio unit, and in conjunction with the enhanced skills covered in the second year first semester core, further develop their understanding of the multimedia development process and the tools and techniques used to manage and control it. Cross linkage between this unit and the BMM studios will be encouraged, particularly in third year.
