The School of Business Systems (at the request of the School of Information Technology, South Africa) requests permission to add South Africa as a campus of offering for FIT2056 (commencing semester 2 2003).To advance from technical positions to management roles, students doing business and computing courses require competence in formal and informal, personal and professional communications. It provides opportunities for them to learn about and practice a range of business communication skills including CV and job application writing, interviews, oral and written business reports, meetings, negotiation, conflict resolution, cross-cultural interactions. It examines organisational structures and cultures, reporting procedures and business ethics.
