As of 2004 student prac activity also includes the use of the Linux hosted Cheddar Real Time Scheduling Simulator tool. Details at:

Current arrangements require that students install standalone binaries and gtkada libraries. The intention for 2005 is to have Cheddar available on the lab Linux image.
